Our Priority List Cleans are a great add on between services for recurring Clients or as a one time custom clean for new clients.
FOR PRIORITY LIST CUSTOM CLEANS, THE CUSTOMER WILL SET PRIORITIES FOR THE TECHNICIAN VIA LIST OR THROUGH NOTES PROVIDED TO THE OFFICE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. TECHNICIANS WILL WORK THROUGH THIS LIST UNTIL COMPLETE OR A PREDETERMINED TIME IS REACHED.

IMPORTANTÂ INFORMATION Â TO OUR CUSTOMERS
Technicians will wear booties over shoes upon arrival to your home.
All Techs will wear a mask (if requested) throughout the duration of your clean.
We do not climb higher than a 3-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted w/ an extension duster. Most homes have at least one chandelier or a vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand.
We cannot move heavy furniture, but we will try to reach visible places either by hand or with an extension duster.
In order to provide the highest quality cleaning, we ask that you provide a reasonably clutter-free home by picking up clothes, toys, etc. If excess clutter is present, we do our best to clean around these areas. or place clutter in a centralized location for you.
Please indicate to our technicians, either at the time of booking or prior to our arrival, any high-dollar or off-limits personal items that should be handled with EXTRA care.
Please ensure pets are put up prior to our arrival
We do not clean the following: High dollar display areas, electronics, diaper genies, or pet waste.

* Please be aware that every home is unique and each homeowner needs differ. With this in mind please know that some cleans will stray from the standards listed above, however, any deviations will be pre-arranged at the time of booking
**There are RARE circumstances where a specific clean sometimes turns out to be larger than our techs can handle on a single visit or a scheduled team turns out to be a solo cleaner. In these infrequent situations, Pristine Clean will work with each client to ensure situations are rectified to their liking. This could include but is not limited to a second visit, a discount on the following clean, a partial refund, or any combination of the above to ensure our customer's satisfaction.

CANCELLATION/LOCKOUT POLICY:
Please note that if service is canceled with less than 48Â hours' notice, we are unable to access the home upon arrival, or are turned away at the door, a cancellation/lockout fee of $75 or 50% (whichever is less) will be charged to the card on file.
