CLEANING AND MAID SERVICE FAQS

Take a look into some of the most commonly asked questions.

WHY SHOULD I HIRE
A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY VS AN INDIVIDUAL HOUSE KEEPER?

The decision will entirely depend on where you will place your priorities. There are pros and cons to both. In most cases, the price quote you receive from an independent cleaner will be lower than one you get from a professional service, making it the most attractive option if price is the only factor in your hiring decision. However, there are many other factors to consider, and you should evaluate the trade-offs you are making if you solely focus on price.

Probably the biggest benefit of cleaning companies is reliability. If a cleaner is on vacation leave or sick, the company should be able to cover your cleaning service nonetheless. Independent cleaners can be reliable too. However, if the independent cleaner is not available for any reason, you will have to wait.

Training and efficiency is another important part of picking a provider. A cleaner's efficiency depends on their skills and training. Cleaning companies select people with the proper capabilities and physical stamina to fulfill every cleaning task, and they train the cleaners before sending them to your home to perform the duties in a timely manner. Solo cleaners are often self-taught and can risk a lack of knowledge about products, surfaces, and cleaning techniques.

And let's not forget about the legal aspects of hiring a provider. A cleaning company takes care of all the legal hassle for you. A cleaning business should have liability insurance that covers anyone from accidents or other mishappenings. Independent cleaners should have liability insurance too, but the cleaning company's insurance tends to have broader coverage. Sadly, many independent solo cleaners DO NOT carry insurance.

HOW MANY TECHNICIANS ARE SCHEDULED FOR THE CLEANING?

This depends on the scope of the work required. For most Deep or Initial Cleans we will provide 2-3 techs based on availability. However, for maintenance cleans the average-sized Clarksville home only requires a single tech for each follow on visit. We will however monitor cleaning times and make adjustments or add techs if needed.

WILL I ALWAYS HAVE THE SAME CLEANING TEAM?

We make every effort to have the same cleaning technician at your home each visit. Occasionally there may be a change in a team member due to illness, vacations, and staff changes. Additionally, at the start of any service, we often have to move techs around for route efficiency. With this in mind, it is not uncommon for you to have a different tech for the first one or two cleans.

IS YOUR CLEANING SERVICE GUARANTEED?

Yes. We back all our work with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you aren’t happy with any area we’ve cleaned, call us within 24 hours and we’ll come back and re-clean it at no cost.

HOW DO I MAKE SPECIAL REQUESTS?

Simple just call, Text, or e-mail with your specific requests.  please do so prior to the cleaning to ensure we can block enough time for your requests.

CAN MY ANIMALS BE OUT WHILE MY HOUSE IS BEING CLEANED?

We love pets and will be very careful around them. Please let us know in advance what kind of pets you have so we can take care to not startle them or accidentally let them outside. We also ask that you secure them appropriately, just in case visitors make them nervous. All we truly ask is that you keep not only the safety of your pet in mind, but also the safety of your tech.

DO YOU PROVIDE ALL THE EQUIPMENT NECESSARY?

We will provide everything needed for your service. However, if there are special products you would like or any special requests, please provide them ahead of time and communicate their desired use.

DO I NEED TO BE HOME FOR CLEANING

This depends entirely on your comfort level. We have many clients who prefer to be home during service. However, we have many customers whose faces we have not seen outside their picture frames. All we ask is proper coordination for entry if you wish to not be home during the service.
