Priority List Cleans are a flexible, time-based cleaning option designed to focus on the areas of your home that matter most to you. This custom service begins the moment your technician arrives and ends when they leave, ensuring that every minute is spent addressing your top cleaning priorities.

With a Priority Clean, you provide a customized list that guides our technicians from your most important tasks to the least. This list can be left for the technician before each visit or communicated to our office in advance to be added to your client profile. If your priorities vary between visits, we recommend leaving a written note for the technician at the time of service rather than saving a permanent list. If no list is provided, our technicians will use their professional judgment to maximize what can be completed within the scheduled timeframe.

This service is ideal for both one-time and recurring cleanings, and may include standard cleaning tasks as well as household chores such as dishes or laundry. However, please note that technicians may not complete the entire list during one visit. They will work down your list in order of priority for the duration of the scheduled time. If you’d like to request more time for a future service, simply contact our office in advance and we’ll be happy to accommodate.

For first-time Priority Cleans, please be aware that the time required to complete tasks may be longer due to initial buildup or the level of detail needed. On average, initial cleanings take nearly twice as long per area compared to recurring services.
