A Priority List Clean allows you to choose where your cleaning time is spent. Instead of following a standard checklist, our technicians work through your customized list of priorities during your scheduled 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6-hour cleaning appointment.

Before your visit, you can provide your priority list to our office to add to your client profile or leave a note for your technician when they arrive. If your needs change from visit to visit, a current written list is the best way to ensure your priorities are addressed. If no list is provided, our technicians will use their experience to complete the most impactful tasks within your scheduled time.

Priority List Cleans are perfect for one-time or recurring services and can include standard cleaning tasks as well as household needs like dishes, laundry, or other requested chores. Your technician will work through your list in order of importance, completing as much as possible within your scheduled cleaning time.

For first-time Priority Cleans, please be aware that the time required to complete tasks may be longer due to initial buildup or the level of detail needed. On average, initial cleanings take nearly twice as long per area compared to recurring services.
